U.S. Bank
Amplifying the voices of millions of children who are their family’s translators
When U.S Bank created the nations first Spanish-speaking voice assistant for banking, Asistente Inteligente, we saw an opportunity to create something uniquely different. ‘Translators’ is a documentary short film that shines a light of what it’s like for the million of children who are translators for their parents. When you don’t speak English, everyday life in America can be extremely challenging, from healthcare and finances, to grocery shopping or reading mail. While language can be a barrier, we wanted to show that language is access and a greater chance for a better life.
